The conference is dedicated to the topics related to the manufacturing and modification of textile materials in biomedical engineering field. Simultaneously in the frame of the Conference there will be a possibility to present the results of research dedicated to production and modification of various types of biomaterials as well as a chance to present subjects related to composite materials.

The biomedical engineering development in the recent period enables the opportunity to transfer many scientific disciplines. Connecting the knowledge from the area of material engineering, textiles, chemistry, biology and medicine creates a possibility to develop complementary knowledge from the area of biomedical engineering.

Furthermore, the Conference aims to exchange views concentrated on manufacturing and modification of various types of materials which have a possibility to be used in medical applications.
